Build without limits.
Infinita Ventures is an operator-led investment and venture-building firm focused on consumer businesses.
We acquire established companies with untapped potential and build new businesses where we see an opportunity to create something exceptional.
Our approach combines operating expertise, capital, and strategic partnerships to turn compelling opportunities into enduring businesses.
Our Thesis
Two approaches. One philosophy.
We believe the greatest opportunities for value creation emerge where strong consumer demand, differentiated ideas, and exceptional execution intersect. And in this AI-era, exceptional businesses are both built and bought by leveraging this technology to move faster and build leaner.
Infinita Ventures takes an operator-led approach to identifying and realizing those opportunities—whether through acquiring an established business or building a new one from the ground up.
We focus on businesses where we see the potential to create enduring competitive advantages through product innovation, brand development, operational excellence, and disciplined capital allocation.
What We Look For
We invest and build in businesses built on human experience, trust, and real-world presence.
These are companies AI won't replace, but AI can be leveraged to enable operating sophistication and make materially better.

Leadership
Shirley Romig, Founder
Twenty-five years of building and scaling businesses across consumer, technology, and physical environments - from zero-to-one startups to enterprise-scale P&Ls combined with leading the AI transformation of a global venture investment firm and serving on NASDAQ boards, has produced a vantage point that is rare in an independent sponsor: one shaped equally by the rigor of large-scale operations, the instincts of a venture-backed founder, and a board director's discipline around capital allocation and governance.
Shirley has led P&Ls in some of the most demanding operating environments of the last two decades:
Led the deployment of over $100 million in pre-seed funding at Techstars in addition to formalizing the global founder network. Implemented operational rigor resulting in a 60% improvement in expense ratio to capital efficiency
Led the turnaround of a $500 million luxury fitness portfolio across 110+ clubs and 6,000 team members - engineered a record-setting marketing campaign resulting in double-digit revenue growth of the world's largest personal training business.
Led the most consequential post- pandemic operational recovery at Lyft - rebuilding driver supply and market confidence, becoming the first region to return to pre-COVID volumes with NYC reaching 1M rides per week.
Launched the first luxury off-price e-commerce business at Saks and restructured $160+ million in synergies through a complex post-merger integration.
